You are invited to a talk on the Wildlife of Cyprus by Dr. David Sparrow and his wife Ros at En Plo opposite Paphos Castle, on Saturday 30 March 2019 at 18.00p.m.
Rosalyn (Ros) and her husband David have been studying and photographing the fauna of Cyprus since the early 2000s, focusing especially on butterflies, dragonflies, reptiles and amphibians. Together they produced a major reference book “The Wildlife of Cyprus” with chapters contributed by 40 authors. Before moving to the island, Ros worked for 20 years as a British Diplomat, with several overseas postings mainly in Asia.”
During the event which will be accompanied by a reception, you will have the opportunity to see the exhibition of works of art by Cypriot and Greek artists which runs until Monday 8 April 2019.
